Beautiful, almost new, large one bedroom apartment with large plant-filled courtyard in Essendon. Car space included, 5 minute walk to Strathmore train station and 5 minute drive to Moonee Ponds. I have two Shih tzus, Sam and Louie who are very friendly and pretty low maintenance. I need the dogs and garden taken care of whilst I am away. I have Netflix, Prime and Hayu
