The home is a town house in the Inner North of Melbourne, 3kms from the city and nestled in parklands and the Fitzroy North village. There are two main bedrooms and a kids hang out space in the garage with another bed, two bathrooms and a large balcony with city and parkland views. On a quiet street and alongside a playground, park and the Inner Circle Bike Trail. Room in the garage to keep bikes securely. Excellent public transport options and plenty of street parking available with no restrictions down the street. We are very close to Edinburgh Gardens, Merri Creek bike and walking trails and the Yarra Bend parklands. Plus all the wonderful cafes, pubs, restaurants of that are in walking distance.

We require our dog Barra, a friendly Jack Russell, to be taken care of, ideally 2 walks a day . On leash walks are fine, he is a bit nervy around traffic lights and delivery drivers. He usually lives with kids and a cat and likes a sunny spot for sleeps. Also, please water the plants about twice a week.
