About this house sitting position in FLINDERS

We are on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and require a house sitter to look after our cat.

Our house in Flinders, Victoria is a modern, comfortable, centrally heated brick home that is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, the pier for fishing, the pub, the general store, the post office and various shops and cafes in the Flinders village. Being on the quiet side of the peninsula provides that holiday feel with Melbourne close by and a myriad of vineyards, bush walks, national parks and farm gates virtually on your doorstep.

We have a Russian Blue cat named Sheba. Our garden is well established and should not require any attention other than possibly watering some of the pot plants depending on the weather. There is off street parking available for a small caravan or boat. Internet and Foxtel included.

Like most cats, Sheba pretty much looks after herself during the day, likes to have company and cuddles in the evening, and looked after during the night. She is fed in the morning, locked in at night when it gets dark, and free to go outside in the daytime. Otherwise, you will have plenty of time to enjoy your time in Flinders and the Mornington Peninsula as you like. Unfortunately, we cannot allow other pets.

We are looking for a house sitter to be caring and kind to Sheba, respectful of our property, reliable, open and honest, and look after our house. We require non-smokers only. No overnight guests are allowed nor any parties. References required. Read more...
