About this house sitting position in Footscray

Please come stay with out beautiful whippet/kelpie cross named Winnie and our lizard Trevor. Our home is a spacious townhouse in the inner west. We have a master bedroom plus two kids rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, modern kitchen with dishwasher. Fully ducted heating/air conditioning, NBN with Wifi and integrated entertainment system. House is situated 5 mins walk from West Footscray train station, and is approx 15 mins train ride from the CBD on the new metro line. The local area has multiple cheap eat options, pubs and cafes within walking distance. We also have a great set up for TV and movie lovers.

Note: the en suite is currently out of service due to a leak, but has been made safe.

Our dog Winnie is a gentle and docile lady who is comfortable with children if they are calm and settled. She has always been wonderful with our 7yr and 9yr old kids. With a good daily walk she will be a couch potato for the rest of the day.

We also have a 1 year old blue tongue lizard that will need to be cared for, but is very low maintenance. You just need to change his water every few days, top up the dry food, change in some fresh fruit/veg/meat every few days, and make sure his heat lamp is working. You do not need to get him out of the tank if you don't want to, but he is also docile when handled.
