About this house sitting position in Frankston

Hello!
We have a 3 bed townhouse in Frankston with a recently updated kitchen and laundry. We are walking distance to the beach, hospital, shopping centre, pubs, restaurants, train station and multiple parks and green spaces.
We have a 3yo doggery doo who is a very much loved member of our family. Unfortunately he is not able to join us on our trip and we are looking for either a couple or solo who WFH. Our Prince Roo gets 2 x 30-60 min walk/runs a day which is generally enough to keep him docile at home. He loves being involved and loves having company - he is used to us being around the house majority of the days. He enjoys lazing in the sun, tummy pats, sniffing for his dinner and chasing the frisbee.

Unfortunately he does think he rules the roost and is not great at sharing the house with other 4 legged friends - dogs or cats alike - so the right sitters would have to come without their own pets.

This house sitting would not be suited to families with children.

In addition to caring for Roo, we would love if our house sitters would be able to water our new lawn and plants in our small yard.
