Bright and open single storey 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms home on a small block in a quiet street location, with friendly neighbours and short stroll to shopping centers ie Woolworths, Coles and Aldi ...and train station commuting to Frankston and Melbourne. Beautiful small undercover porch at the front of house and a fully fenced in backyard patio...very quiet and tranquil place. We have two cats Tomas 14 years of age and Tilly 18 months who need a loving caring nature to look after them...indoor/outdoor plants to be watered and small lawns to be mowed...Details to be discussed.
