Spacious house with large backyard at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula in a quiet, safe family estate.
Single story, but one stair to get into home and three internal as split level, so probably not suited to anyone with significant mobility issues.
Close to beaches, gold course, walking trails, cafes, shopping hubs.
<1 hour from Melbourne CBD by car or train. Bus stops within walking distance. To fully explore the area, a vehicle would be best.

Care needed for a beautiful big fluffy 3 year old Maine Coon mix. Needs breakfast and dinner (fed a raw diet).

Can be home alone but enjoys quality time playing, getting tummy rubs and watching birds in his outdoor catio (which he's only allowed in when someone is home as it leaves the house unlocked). Apart from his secure catio, he is an indoor only cat and care must be taken to ensure all doors are secure at all times.

He is a rescue and is quite fearful of men, so female only sitters preferred who have experience with animals. I would be very welcoming of an overnight trial as he has never been looked after by non-familiar people before.
