Small 3 bedroom home in a retirement village. Air conditioning, nbn, 5 minute walk to main street of Gawler, 30 minute drive to Barossa valley. One 12 year old cocker spaniel who thinks he is a lap dog, likes a walk in the morning and a treat when you have one. Fed once a day.
