On quite a steep block making the front one house quite high. The rear is level with the ground. Access to the front is via a staircase with a landing entry then onto a wide verandah which goes across the front of the house and down one side. The rear also has a verandah with a deck for having a meal. There is also a covered area for the bbq close to the deck. There is a lockable garage under the front of the house where there is also a workshop.
Inside there are 4 bedrooms although we only use 2 as bedrooms and one as an office and the other a sewing room. The dining, lounge and kitchen are open plan.
All rooms have ceiling fans and the living area and the two bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioners. There are two bathrooms one being the ensuite and the other which has a walk in wet area and there is a separate toilet.
We have 3 Jack Russell Terriers Toby, Sally (a rescue dog), and Poppy one of their babies. They are all lovely friendly dogs who love going for walks, love the beach and love cuddles.
