About this house sitting position in Glenelg North

Very clean, comfortable and spacious 2-storey duplex home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage. The main bedroom and ensuite bathroom are on the ground level and are for the use of our house sitter/s . Please note that the upstairs bedroom and study are our private rooms and for our use only. There is an undercover rear pergola and easy to maintain gardens at front and rear, complete with watering system. We do have pot plants inside and out that need to be watered by hand. Our 4 year old cat, Leo, is an indoor cat but has access via the garage, to his secure enclosure at the side of the house. He also likes to spend some time inside the house.
As we will be away, our cars will be parked on-site with one in the garage and one in the front drive-way. However, there will be space for another vehicle in the driveway.
Our home is located within walking distance to all that Glenelg has to offer including the beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk and the Glenelg tram to the city is about an 8-minute walk away.
