SEEKING….
caring, dependable, mature animal lover, willing and able to take good care of our home and two pets…Basil, 14, fit/agile/affectionate, plus Wolfie 3, energetic/playful/fun loving, (favourite ‘pastimes’ are long beach runs and fetching balls at local football field).

OUR LOCATION:
One street from river, ((Murray River); 5mins walk to main street, 10mins walk to shopping centre; 5mins drive to beach, (Southern Ocean); buses go regularly to Victor Harbor, Noarlunga, Adelaide.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Beachy, retro, quirky, open plan; sunny, private, enclosed back patio, north facing front verandah, sunroom, sitting room, new bathroom, double or single bed.

“We really enjoyed staying in Goolwa. It is a lovely area with plenty to see and do. Desiree and Andreas went to a lot of trouble to make sure our stay was very comfortable. Everything was really lovely! As for the cat, Basil. He is gorgeous, affectionate and very social. We really were happy to be his new best friends! ”

We can’t speak highly enough about Mandy and Ray! They’re an exceptionally kind, capable, creative, flexible, considerate, dependable and communicative couple. Plus much more! They left our house, as imagined, sparkling clean, neat, tidy…simply immaculate! They surprised us too with unexpected ‘extras’, e.g. tending to, even improving our front yard, creating an amazing herb garden and leaving extra goodies in the fridge for our late return. Above all, thank you Many and Ray, for the genuine friendship & TLC, wonderful company and comfort you gave our Basil. No doubt he loved your calm, caring presence. All the best in your future sits.

“I had a love stay at Desiree’s and Andreas’ beach house. I felt very safe in the house. It is close to some lovely walks and only a few minutes walk into Goolwa and all the lovely cafes and the market on Sundays. Basil the cat was lovely company and he is a little gentleman. Thank you very much Desiree and Andreas for having me. ”
