About this house sitting position in Gulliver

This is a 3 month house sit. We live in a quiet suburb with great neighbours, our home is 2 storeys, and we have one pet Zara an elder staffie who loves attention, she requires little maintenance - fed watered and bathed is all she needs.
Our garden is medium sized the main requirement is to be watered, mowed and edged with all equipment supplied. I have a lot of pot plants and these will require watering. I am seeking someone who is willing to maintain the watering, there is no weeding or any other maintenance required most of the yard is irrigated which cuts down the need to manually water and in summer months it rains so watering the outside gardens is kept to a minimum.
