About this house sitting position in Mt Louisa, Townsville

We are looking for someone to sit our house and look after our cat and fish while we are holidaying overseas. We have a cantankerous cat that likes scratches and pats but not cuddles. There is a fish tank in the lounge and a pond near the car port. The fish just need to be fed and have some water change weekly.

Our house is very centrally situated in Townsville and is 15 mins from just about everything. Built on the side of a hill, it has lovely views to the city and Magnetic Island. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is open planned with a large deck. The house is fully airconditioned with spit systems - except for the study/3rd bedroom which has a box type. There is an open carport at the back of the property. The garden is easily maintained and is watered by a sprinkler system. There is very little lawn because of the rocky site. Because of the sloping block, it is not suitable for caravans.
We have booked a full spring clean with local cleaners so you will find a nice clean environment. We also have gardeners once a week.

Townsville is a small city that has all the amenities of a larger city - just easier to get to. There are many beautiful walks, parks and beaches as well as both fresh and salt water free swimming places. Read more...
