About this house sitting position in Happy Valley

We are a "mature" married couple of some 50 something years. We primarily are looking for a dog sitter rather than a home sitter perse. However, we would prefer someone who would be staying home most of the time as our girl "Millie" is very used to us staying around as a retired couple. Even though we do go out frequently, it is usually only for a few hours on any given day and rarely into the later evening. A mature lady or couple would be our preference but we will keep an open mind on that element. Unfortunately, Millie is not dog friendly. She was adopted at about 7 years of age. Dogs have to be kept on lead anyway and to cover our bases we keep her away from other dogs. We are in a retirement village and have lovely neighbors, so security is very good. The unit is three bedrooms, one bathroom and an extra toilet. All the fittings are modern and easy to use. The unit had a full refurb late in 2025. If necessary a car can be made available. Bus route nearby with convenient shopping at the Hub and Happy Valley.
