A classic Victorian, family size home, 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, and additional family bathroom, modern kitchen and open plan living area overlooking the back garden The master bedroom is upstairs along with one of the ensuites and a retreat equipped for working at home.
Outdoor covered dining area, bbq and a small garden.
We would like someone to care for our home and our Russian blue cat, Pippa whilst we are away. She is strictly an indoor cat and just needs the essentials of daily feeding and litter scooping. She is happy with her own company during the day so our need is just for someone to be around.
Our house is located in a side street which is a 50 metre hop to the many cafes and shops on offer in Glenferrie Road. Tram stop at the end of our street and Glenferrie Train Station is a 10 min walk. We don’t have off street parking, but a parking permit will be provided and finding a parking spot is not an issue with the permit. The house has ducted heating, and air conditioning split system units in all bedrooms and living areas. Streaming services available include Foxtel, Netflix, Stan and Apple TV.
