About this house sitting position in Highbury

Comfortable 2 storey home. Kitchen average, with gas stove, microwave.
No dishwasher.
Front loader washing machine and a cloths dryer.
Lounge/dining room, 3 bedrooms downstairs with carpets, blinds and furniture. 1 bedroom not available as owners use it for storage.
Upstairs 1 bedroom plus large rumpus room with lounge and TV.
Gas heater in lounge/dining room.
Outdoor enclosed patio with TV, table and chairs.
A fern house plus other pot plants which will require the occasional watering. Do have a watering system installed but will need to do some hand watering as well.
Required to collect mail and junk mail from letterbox.
Put bins out for rubbish collection each Monday.

Have 1 cat which requires feeding and attention.
She is a longhaired ginger female cat who likes to be brushed and patted. Mainly lives outside but likes to come in of an evening. She is 18 yrs old and in good health.
Very affectionate once she knows you.

There is some lawns to be mowed but we can discuss this with the prospective house sitter.

Close to bus stop and linear park.
Dernancourt shopping center 10 min walk. Supermarket, 24hr gym, newsagent butcher, bakery Doctors etc.
10 mins by car to Tea Tree Plaza shopping center.

Highbury Hotel, Dan Murphy's and a range of take away food outlets close by.

Friendly neighbors and a good neighborhood.

I would prefer a female/s house sitter (non smoker) who is a homely person and must be a cat lover to take care of our home and pet. Must love gardens as well.
Would require communication between us during time away.
We are looking to be away from the months of June through to early early January.
