About this house sitting position in NEWTON

I am looking for a house sitter from 18 - 30 August in Newton Sth Aust.
My beautiful spoilt cat is placid and requires feeding and bringing in at night, he is very low maintenance.
The little dog requires feeding morning and evening and a 30 minute walk every afternoon, then bringing in at night.
I prefer a mature, single, employed, non-smoking female.
This House sit would suit working person who works in the City as there is excellent access to the Oban. The garden is very easy to maintain and is neat and tidy.
The home has recently been renovated, has a reverse cycle air conditioner, flat screen TV, modern kitchen and bathroom.
A Police clearance and references would be an advantage to get this house sit.
