Delightful cottage in a quiet street, surrounded by fruit trees.
Minutes from a bus stop to the CBD. Also, it is only a 10-minute walk to numerous coffee shops and restaurants on Norwood Parade.
My dog is a Standard Poodle silver grey, 11 years old.
super smart and very loving. He loves to walk, fetch a ball and accompany you to the coffee shops, where he basks in the many pats and compliments of passers by.
His preference is a mature, confident, calm and single person, he is flexible, as long as daily walks and pats are included. Non-smoking household. Off street parking for a small car available.

The house itself is spacious and airy and the furniture lends a certain charm. There will be a quiet, self sufficient, mature female tenant living in the front room who works all week and is often out at the weekends. You will have your own newly renovated bathroom and seperate enterance.
