About this house sitting position in Hobart

We have a renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house overlooking the Derwent River with sweeping views of the river, Hobart City, the Tasman Bridge and Mount Wellington. (One bedroom and bathroom are not available during the stay.) Note, one of the remaining three bedrooms is set up as a study. The bedroom in the photos would be your bedroom.
We have an outdoor entertaining area and bungalow, and small well maintained grounds. We have a Westie named Charlie who will turn 12 this year. While we would like our grounds lightly maintained, and indoor and outdoor plants watered, Charlie is our biggest concern. He needs company, lots of love and walks. Charlie sleeps in our room (not in/on our bed).
Back up is available should you need to be away overnight. My mother is prepared to have Charlie for two nights at a time. Our son and his partner are also prepared to help where necessary. One of them would, however, need to come and stay at the house.
