House in leafy suburb of Hughes in Woden valley. Close to Red Hill Nature Reserve, Woden Town Centre and Canberra Hospital. 10 minute drive to city centre.

* Note there may be a friendly boarder staying overnight in house for 2 to 3 nights. Mid-forties, married with family near Sydney. Has separate toilet and vanity. Would only share shower room and possibly use the kitchen. Works long hours.
