Our house in Invermay, Tasmania is sunny, north facing on a big block.
Invermay is just across the river from the centre of Launceston. The North Esk River, Heritage Forest Park are all within walking distance.
We have two rough collies (Lassie dogs), Cienna and Minnie that we walk each day.
Minnie is Cienna's daughter. Minnie is 6 years old. Cienna is 9 years old. Both have done basic obedience, and are friendly. They sleep in the living room.
We also have a tropical freshwater fish tank. We will clean the tank before we go so all you will need to do is feed them and relax watching them swim.
The garden is an old working garden with fruit trees. It is large but quite rustic. We are not fussed how much gardening you do, but we do love our pets so we want them to be well cared for. They are all pretty easy going so it shouldn't be too much trouble.
Our house is comfortable and well insulated.
There is an airbnb on the property behind the house but it has its own entry down a path along the side of the house and there is a property manager so you don’t need to do anything.
