About this house sitting position in Ipswich

Our home is a Low-set 4 bedroom brick home plus study and double lock-up garage, it is situated at the end of a quiet street (no through road) and backs onto a bushland reserve, we have been here 25 years. The nearest shopping centre is a 5 min drive away and our local tavern is 5 min drive down the road, our yard is fully fenced and has an enclosed lockable pergola / BBQ area, great spot for a morning coffee or an afternoon beer, it has a small table and number of comfortable chairs.
We are both retirees and when we are not travelling we spend a fair amount of our time at home with our dogs.
We would love to have a sitter/s stay at our home and care for our 2 dashies, who enjoy close contact with all humans, they love a walk either in the morning or afternoon (or both) they do not cope well if they are left alone for long periods of time, food reward is the best method of winning them over.
They are inside dogs and we would really appreciate them not being locked outside for any reason.
Our sitter/s will have use of the whole house, excluding the main bedroom and en-suite, there is a Desk top computer and printer if needed in the study and a small workshop off the garage.
A full guide book with all emergency contact numbers, Vetinary, Electrical, Plumbing, Hospitals, Restaurants, Bin calendar and local attractions will be supplied.
There are no gardening requirements, just put the bins out, collect the mail, sit back and relax.
