A comfortable Edwardian home . Not an open plan home however the dining room opens up to a large decking with bbq & outdoor setting, comfortable longe chairs overlooking a large leafy garden.
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite).
Separate sitting room & dining room.
Kitchen and separate Laundry opening to a small decking with herb plants and clothesline.
Kitchen has all mod cons, coffee machine , dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove.

I have 2 cavoodles. 1 is 15 yo and slowing down sleeps most of day . Has csists & requiring cream applied twice daily. She eats well has hearing & eyesight issues.
Peggy is 4yo her own girl. A barker, timid and loves a 60 min walk daily, usually LuLu just stays home.
Both toilet trained and have access to back decking via dog door. Must be kept indoors of an evening as Peggy a barker.

Home is 3 min walk to station to CBD 18 mins. Many bus routes one in particular goes to Carlton/ Fitzroy.
3 min walk to shopping strip with 2 supermarkets, cafes, bars, library, boutiques, bakeries , gym & indoor pool etc.
Parkland a short walk. Dog friendly. Nearby walking trails near Yarra river.
Leafy quiet suburb.
