About this house sitting position in KALBAR

We live in a 4-bedroom lowset brick home on 1/4 acre block of land at Kalbar, overlooking Cunninghams Gap. We have one 12-year-old dog, Toby who is very friendly and loves attention. He is a Kelpie-X.
