About this house sitting position in Kallangur

I am new to putting my house up for sitting however am heading off overseas and need someone to come and spend time with my beautiful cat.

My home is a small 2 bedroom home, large yard but no requirements to maintain the yard (although I would never say no - I will organise for it to be mowed before I leave). The house is a basic home, all amenities available including wifi, aircon, streaming etc. whilst I’m away I want you to treat this as your own home so please get comfy. The main bedroom has a queen bed and I will make room to hang clothes. The spare bedroom has a daybed that pull out to a 2 single beds or a king bed when out together. It also doubles as a home office which is free to be used should you need. The kitchen is all yours, I love cooking so please use the pantry items to cook up a storm. I have a small bathroom with a bath and shower combo and lastly the lounge room. The couch is my favourite purchase so make use of this while you stream your favourite shows.

I have one cat, her name is Daphne Sue. She is 7 years old and runs the house. She is specific about the food she eats, not for medical reasons, but purely taste so I will stock up on her favourites. Despite her specific taste requirements she is very simple eating only dry food. I fill up her bowl each morning and night. She will take a few days to warm up to you but once she does she will sit next to you on the couch to watch TV, if you work from home she will supervise from the day bed in the office. She will be your new best friend if you pull out her favourites treats (she knows exactly where they are kept so don’t worry). She loves to sleep at my feet but is used to having to sleep on the couch if you’re not down to share the bed.
