About this house sitting position in Katoomba

We live in a 3/4-bedroom house in a great location 25min walk from Katoomba train station (The gateway to the blue mountains) 10min drive from Katoomba CBD with lots of cafes, restaurants & boutique shops. There are also lots of amazing walks all around Including Mini Ha Ha falls. We have a large front yard, an outdoor semi-covered entertaining area that gets plenty of sun. We do have a small dog (Piccolo) and cat (Billy). Main bedroom has a king bed. bedroom1 has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has two King singles. Bedroom 3/Rumpus with double sofa bed. Lounge room has a large corner couch which also doubles as a sofa bed. We have ducted aircon & celling fans throughout and a fireplace for those cool evenings. Lastly, there is also plenty of parking outside

“Karli and Ricki’s home is located in a quiet area not far from the main shops in beautiful Katoomba. They warmly welcomed us into their home and were hospitable, generous and had good communication. Their home was extremely clean and well organised and was lovely and warm in the cold Katoomba weather. Piccolo and Billy were a real delight to look after. Piccolo loved his walks, lots of cuddles and sleeping with us on the bed. Billy was independent but really sweet as well. They are both well behaved and easy to look after and love. We will miss them. Thanks Karli and Ricki for choosing us to house/ pet sit for you. It was a pleasure!! (Also we loved the nearby coffee shop.) Warren and Wendy ”
