Escape to our peaceful Blue Mountains cottage, perched on a hill among towering eucalypts with beautiful views stretching all the way to the Sydney skyline on a clear day. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon wine on the front deck while listening to the birds, then head out to explore some of the Blue Mountains' most spectacular walking tracks. Horseshoe Falls, Terrace Falls, the Blue Pool and many other beautiful bushwalks are all just minutes away.

You'll have the entire house to yourself, making it ideal for a solo traveller or couple. The spare bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the house is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a well-appointed kitchen, fast NBN fibre internet, a washing machine, dryer and a lovely garden.

Hazelbrook village is an easy 15-minute walk away, with cafés, supermarkets and other essentials, while the Hazelbrook Bowling Club is only a five-minute walk if you'd like to enjoy a meal or a drink.

Parking is available at the top of our driveway. Please note that the driveway is steep and there are around 15 steps leading to the front door, although the house itself is all on one level once you're inside.

You'll also be looking after our three much-loved pets. Luna is a friendly Border Collie cross and Knox is a gentle French Mastiff/Newfoundland cross. They're medium to large dogs who absolutely love being around people and are happiest when someone is home for most of the day. They're both getting on in years, so they don't need long walks or lots of exercise, just companionship, meals and a little play. Our indoor cat, Finn, is wonderfully low maintenance and spends most of the day snoozing in a sunny spot, with the occasional cuddle when he feels like it.
