About this house sitting position in Kedron

I live in a house (townhouse size) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet downstairs. Small back yard and front yard but the usual amenities (kitchen, dining table, small area/couch to watch TV). Near Gympie Road and walking distance to a bus stop. I don't expect the house sitter to do any duties except for feeding Toby in the morning and bringing him inside at night time before the cane toads come out (it will be Summer). The sitter needs to stay overnight however is free to be out and about during the day (work, etc). Toby does not need to be walked however this can be discussed closer to the time. He is a real sweetheart, a bit energetic but great company. Toby is 4 years old.
Flying interstate Wednesday morning, returning Monday afternoon.
