THE HOME:
Our beautiful family home is located in the picturesque Kelmscott hills, situated on an 1169sqm block within a tranquil street.

Upon entering through the front door, you'll find our family/lounge room on your left. This area is perfect for relaxation and enjoying stunning sunsets through the bifold doors. Moving through the home, you'll find the dining/kitchen area where the dining space flows seamlessly out to the rear alfresco, enhancing indoor-outdoor living.
All five bedrooms are well-sized, with the main bedroom located at the front of the home. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. Additionally, the home has a fully equipped gym space including a treadmill.

The exterior of the home provides ample parking, both on the driveway and the side of the garage. The front alfresco offers views of Perth, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and a cheeseboard. The rear of the property features a large patio/alfresco area and more established greenery and grassed areas. A pool, large 7m Bali hut quipped with a fan & lights, multiple garden sheds and paths leading around the yard complete this outdoor area.

Our property is conveniently located in the Kelmscott hills, a short drive from the local Kelmscott shopping precinct, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Nearby cafes include Hidden Café, Dome Café and That Plant Café. The CBD is approximately a 30km drive away.

PETS:
We have a 14yr old tuxedo cat, Buddy, who loves to sleep all day and sit next to you for a cuddle if you let him. And we also have two Staffy-X dogs:
Louie, who is nearly 2yrs old. Louie loves people and is always happy to see you!
Coco, is nearly 8mths old and she is just a sweetheart. Still learning some manners but just loves being around humans.
