About this house sitting position in Kincumber

We’d love to invite you to stay
We have a very comfortable, easily warmed home with unlimited solar usage, ground level townhouse with a lovely bush outlook and within 15 minutes to the great beaches of Macmasters, Avoca and Terrigal and or Ettalong and Ocean beach. also 15 minutes to Erina shopping centre. IGA is walking distance.
A great place for hiking and swimming, lawn bowls close by.

We have a 15year old red Burmese Cat ! He is very loveable and loves attention and company but is also easy care. He is outside during the day if he wants to be; but locked inside at night

We have a small garden but several pots that need to be observed and maintained with the right watering amounts !!! Some indoor plants also

Look forward to sharing our place and Eliot with you for a little while !

“This housesit is my second one at Lainey and Chris' impeccable home. It is pristine clean, easy to look after and very light and bright with a lovely lush back courtyard and bush outlook at the front. Eliot their Burmese is a character and just loves a lap to sit on. He has a delightful nature. The duties are light and the place is easy to maintain. Communication was very good whilst they were away in Europe. I would highly recommend Lainey and Chris' housesit to any potential housesitters. ”

“Wonderful housesit! Eliot is a very affectionate being and quite a character, I enjoyed his company in bed. He loves a cuddle too. Very clean house and garden with lots of edibles, the view from the front yard is very beautiful. It's a 10 minute drive to numerous beaches, the drive to the beaches was in itself stunning. Chris and Laine were in regular contact whilst away and happy to answer any questions I had. Thanks Laine and Chris for the opportunity for looking after your home and Eliot, it was an absolute pleasure! ”
