About this house sitting position in KIPPA-RING

Seeking a housesitter for 1 night minimum
(or can extend to 2 nights)
for MON 6 April 2026 (Easter Monday),
or can be 2 nights, Mon and Tue 6 and 7 April.
(I can stay 1 or 2 nights at my Gold Coast accommodation.)

Departing either Tuesday 7 April or can stay extra night and depart 8 April. Coco is fine on her own all day if you wish to leave early.

You'll be looking after one friendly and sprightly 11-year old cat, allowed outdoors, at Kippa-Ring.

It's a short drive to Suttons Beach, Redcliffe and 800-metre walk to Redcliffe train station to city.

Coco is an affectionate, self-sufficient tortoiseshell female cat; home is 3-bedroom (1 bedroom is for housesitter, other bedrooms are private) with spacious yard and tidy garden.

I live in a quiet street in Kippa-Ring on the Redcliffe Peninsula, north of Brisbane. It's a short drive to the beach and cafe and restaurant strip of Newport, Scarborough or Redcliffe.

With the nearby Kippa-Ring train service, there is super easy access to Brisbane City. Coles and Woolworths supermarkets and Kippa-Ring shopping centres/cinema are just 6 minutes drive away. Westfield North Lakes is also just a 15-minute drive.

Coco is free to go outside during the day but taken inside at night.

Non-smoker only please. You'll have your own room; your bed will be a super-comfortable Wenatex orthopaedic king single mattress on a base.

(If a couple, we have a Eurobed queen air mattress).

Separate carport behind a gate gives car protection.

Security camera with light is focused on the carport.

There's space to park a medium-sized caravan off-street.
