About this house sitting position in KIPPA-RING

Our home is a townhouse situated in a quiet area at the end of a cul de sac. It is just a 5-minute stroll to the shopping centre which has a variety of shops, a cinema, post office, banks etc. It is very central and minutes to public transport. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away (or there is a bus which takes you to the waterfront). There is a great all-day market on Sundays on the Redcliffe waterfront.

My cat Louis is a friendly elderly chocolate point Burmese. He has no health, or medical issues. (He is an inside cat.) Due to his age and lack of teeth, he is on a soft diet. He enjoys listening to 'Alexa' and his favorites are Enya, Dido and 70's /80's soft rock!
All that is required is to feed Louis small amounts throughout the day (breakfast, lunch & dinner; clean & top up litter tray each day; check the mail and keep him company.

The guest area is upstairs which has a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. There is a sunny balcony leading out from the bedroom.

Would prefer a single person and a non-smoker.
