About this house sitting position in KOROIT

4 bedroom 2 bathroom modern home on semi-rural 3/4 acre block close to the town. No animals to care for. Next to no gardening required at this time of year, no mowing. Very livable home especially suited to anyone who loves cooking. Beautiful area very green and a lovely time of year. Wonderful fishing, beach walks and walking paths.
Warrnambool is 15 minutes away and Port Fairy a much renowned tourist town is the same. Much to explore down here within driving distance. Fabulous heating and backup reverse cycle if needed in living areas. All mod cons really I would consider that this would be at least 4 star accomadation . We have used house sitters before and have had mainly wonderful folks. We need genuine authentic people who would like to have a look at this part of the world. . We also like people to come and stay for a night before we go so we can tell them about the area. We need someone who will look after our home and leave it as they find it. We are in our 70's and just want people who respect others values. Our previous sitters have been extremely happy with their experience in this part of the world. Really good fishing down here. Plenty of room for a caravan and boat if needed. If any further information is needed just email.
