About this house sitting position in Warrnambool

My home is a sunny, 3 bedroom brick home, with a lovely private north facing back garden. The garden has some fruit trees, flowering shrubs and several quiet nooks to read a book or enjoy a glass of local wine. I have a smattering of pot plants, which will require a little watering during your stay.
Inside you’ll find gas heating and split system air conditioning for all year round comfort. There is unlimited wifi, a SMART TV and electric cooking appliances in a well appointed kitchen.
There is a queen bed in both the main and second bedrooms, and then a fold out double sofa bed and study nook in the third. The house has a central bathroom with separate toilet and laundry facilities. There is no drier BUT with the sunny backyard the washing line is second to none! My daughter calls it the magic line!
The Master of the House is “Bruce”. He is a 7 year old, fluffy, independent cat. Once his cat flap is opened in mornings, he comes and goes throughout the day, snacking and checking up on what’s happening at home. Other than that, he patrols the neighbourhood or finds a sunny spot in the garden to observe and preen himself.
You will need to lock him in at night (about 5.30pm daily), give him a brush if needed, and feed him (he has fresh mince awaiting in the fridge!) But rest assured, once fed, he loves to find a knee or a lap to demand a cuddle and curl up on. He usually sleeps on the end of the bed.
It is a comfortable and warm house, in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours and will be suitable for a couple or a single person. There is a single lock up garage for your use.
Less than 10 minutes away you will find a supermarket, bakery, café, fish and chip shop and chemist. Also close by is a walk/ bike path along the Russell Creek , the Botanic Gardens and CBD is walkable. There is public transport within a 3 mins walk from the house, this will take you to the centre of town and the Warrnambool Railway Station (Vline services).
