About this house sitting position in Kuranda

Looking for someone to care for our 3 large dogs and 12+ chickens from 7th December to 9th January 2026.

Dogs don't require much care, just feeding and some pats, they are used to being left for the day for work. One elderly dog (doesn't do much at all), the 2 young dogs are best buds and keep each other occupied.

Chickens have an automated gate to let them out, just collect the fresh eggs and top up feed twice per week.

5 Acre property 5 minutes from the beautiful rainforest village of Kuranda, 45 minutes from Cairns. Friendly neighbours, really quiet street. No public transport so you will need your own vehicle. 2 minutes to public swimming pool.

Plenty of flat ground for your own caravan or stay in our small 2 bedroom house.
