Home to one very spoilt cat who is an only "child".
Preference for retired couple/single who love cats and happy for a warm companion on the bed at night at his discretion - he has a few beds to choose from.
Easy care property, we would like completion of basic home duties for someone cleaning up after themselves as they would if in their own home and also plant watering, putting out bins as needed for Council collection. For the cat, he would need feeding, litter tray cleaning and loving/petting on his terms.
