About this house sitting position in West hobart

Lovely house 15 min walk down to hobart Cbd, with a gorgeous sunny back yard and deck. There is an awesome barrel sauna with city views too!
1925 cottage which has been renovated, modern kitchen, coffee machine, all the gear you need (i lovee to cook!)
The guest room gets great sun and has a comfy bed, electric blanket.
The main living room has a heat pump to keep it cosy.
I am only accepting people who are single or in a couple, but no groups of 3 or more; and no pets, sorry!
Please only apply if you’re happy to garden!
I need watering done daily including a few trays of seedlings im growing.. A little weeding just to maintain the beds and lawn mowing.
My dog rosie is 7, she is very quiet and relaxed. She needs a 30 min walk a day or more if you like. And she has no health issues.
