About this house sitting position in Lesmurdie

We are a family of four looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to look after our home and pets while we are away for approximately three weeks over December/January.

Our home is situated on a peaceful half-acre block in the beautiful Perth Hills, approximately 30 minutes from Perth CBD. The property is close to walking and biking trails, cafes, wineries, and local shops/markets, making it an ideal place to enjoy the Perth Hills over summer.

The property features ducted air conditioning/heating, a swimming pool, BBQ, and Wi-Fi with access to Netflix, Stan, and Kayo.

The house is low-maintenance, with tasks including: topping up the pool as required and putting the pool cover on each evening, putting the bins out on collection days, collecting the mail, and caring for our friendly pets.

We have:
Lexi – a 6-year-old female Staffy cross
Rosie – a 3-year-old female Beagle/Dachshund cross

Both dogs are affectionate, easy to care for, and love human company. They do not require walking but enjoy plenty of cuddles and attention. They sleep indoors at night.

We also have:
Ollie – a cockatiel
Blaze – a northern blue-tongue skink
Several chickens, who should reward you with fresh eggs each day.

The animals simply require their food and water to be checked and topped up regularly, and the eggs collected daily.

We would love to find someone who will enjoy staying in our home and care for our pets as though they were their own. A genuine love of dogs is essential, as Lexi and Rosie will appreciate plenty of affection and companionship while we're away.

Preference will be given to sitters without children or pets of their own, and ideally someone who is home most evenings.
