Looking for a Dog Lover – House & Pet Sitting, Maleny Hinterland

We are looking for a genuine dog lover who will be home most of the time. This sit is not suitable for anyone who is away working.

Our Pets
• Three Shmoodles
– One male and two females
– Fully clipped and desexed
– Mainly indoor dogs and fully house trained
– Very placid, friendly and extremely spoilt
– Mobile dog wash attends weekly
– In good weather they spend some time outside but always sleep indoors at night
– Short stroll twice daily to the top of our steep driveway, no leads required
Approx 200 metres each way and quite steep

• One female cat
– Sleeps indoors at night

• Two fish ponds
– Fish fed once a week
– Feed also put out for the beautiful local parrots

Our Property
We are situated in a very tranquil spot overlooking the Sunshine Coast, with expansive coastal views from Caloundra to Mt Coolum. The property sits on 3 acres of gardens and lawns.

• No mowing or gardening required
• Some pots to water, about 1.5 hours twice a week
• Large 3 bedroom house, with half able to be closed off to make cleaning easier
• Wireless internet, Foxtel and Netflix
• We ask that the part of the house you use is left clean and tidy on our return

• 30 minute drive to Mooloolaba Beach
• 7 minute drive to Landsborough train station and shopping centre
• Restaurants within 5 minutes drive
• Covered 10 seat spa
• 15 minutes to Montville and Maleny
• 10 minutes to Australia Zoo

• A car is necessary
• Spa only requires maintenance if used
• Strictly no smoking in the house
• No children or pets
