About this house sitting position in Maleny

House sitting, cat feeding and cuddles for 14 y.o female souky independent cat Faberge, for 3 + weeks in May. Vet says she is a Russian Blue. Shy at first then quite talkative. Intelligent and nice temperament.
Spacious modern Queenslander-type open-plan home (built 2008, main living upstairs with studio below).
Has graduated steps up to front door. Wood-burning stove. Verandah, terrace and garden. Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice neighbours. Walk to Maleny shops, cafes, library.
Faberge is allowed out but spends most of her time on a chair on the secluded porch or in the garden. Ideally, she likes to have someone around and does not like being left alone for long. 3 meals a day (variable) !
Has indoor/verandah litter tray but mostly uses garden.
NB. Single bee hive in garden... No care required.
Possible earlier start and/or later finish date if it suits as long as the stated dates when we will be away are covered.
