Luxurious Waterfront Apartment House-Sitting Opportunity in Manly*

I’m looking for a responsible and proactive house-sitter to care for my dog and manage my stunning 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Manly, right on the waterfront, with breathtaking beach views. This luxurious apartment offers access to a heated swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis courts, all available for you to use.

### About the Apartment:
The apartment features a single bedroom, queen-sized bedroom, and a king-sized bedroom. While I usually stay in the queen room, I will offer it to the house sitter. I rent out the single and king rooms on a daily basis. I also share my home with an assistant dog and a cat, both of whom are friendly and well-behaved.

### Responsibilities:
As part of the house-sitting arrangement, I require someone who can not only care for my pets but also manage my guests in my absence. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a smooth check-in experience.
2. Overseeing the cleaning process to ensure the apartment meets high standards.
3. Handling laundry, including washing and hanging.
4. Stepping in to clean and prepare the apartment if the cleaner is unavailable.

Given the nature of these tasks, I am looking for someone who is either retired or works from home. It’s essential that you’re present and available throughout the day, as my dog and cat cannot be left alone for long periods.

### Ideal Candidate:
I need someone who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, and who can step into my shoes during my absence. I travel annually and would prefer someone long-term who is based in Australia. If we get along well, I'd love to continue working with the same person for future house-sitting needs.

**Please note:** If you’re looking for an opportunity to relax without contributing to the upkeep of the apartment, this might not be the right fit. However, if you’re proactive and enjoy taking care of things, I may even leave you my 2021 MG car for you to drive if needed.
