Two-bedroom unit with balcony and nice aspect overlooking the district on the northern beaches in Manly Vale. Third floor small block of ten units. Close to public transport and supermarkets. No garage only street parking. I have a 9-year-old Tabby and White male cat called Oliver who is very well behaved and a lovely companion who loves company.
