About this house sitting position in Marcoola

We have a townhouse on the beach that our two little Cavalier King Charles babies call home.
They like nothing more than a walk on the beach each morning and early evening - with plenty of snoozing during the day.
They are very easy to care for and are the most gentle and loving creatures you could ever know.
But they've just turned eleven now and so age is starting to present them with a few health problems.
Our little girl -Sophie - requires heart medication morning and night, and is a very fussy eater.
Our big boy - Jasper- requires eye ointment once a day and a medicated shampoo 2-3 x per week.
Our home is a multi-storey beach townhouse.
We are right on the open beach at Marcoola, near Maroochydore and Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
Our back gate opens onto a beach walkway that takes you all the way up to Noosa - or just across an open grass area to the beach.
Within our gate is a small garden and a large swimming pool.
The ground floor is the entry to our townhouse.
It has an entryway and tiled lounge area, with one guest bedroom (Queen bed - which will be your bedroom, if interested), full bathroom, and our study.
Up one set of stairs is the main living area, with kitchen, dining, lounge and TV, and small laundry. This level also has an outdoor balcony with BBQ.
Up the next set of stairs is our main bedroom/ ensuite/ WIW, and balcony.
If you want a really great view out to sea and back over the Sunshine Coast hinterland you can climb the external staircase to the rooftop, which has an outdoor lounge as well as 2 chairs and a table. Great spot for morning coffee or a sunset drink.
There is also a basement garage where our 2 cars are parked.
Even though there are many levels and stairs you would only really need to go up and down one level on a daily basis (unless climbing up to the rooftop).
We are within the Ramada Hotel complex so there is a restaurant and gym, and a bus stop is right out the front.
The Sunshine Coast airport is so close it is only a 3 minute taxi ride away (or perhaps half an hour walk if one was keen!)
Just across David Low Way is a large parking area for caravans/ motorhomes. There are about 5 usually parked there. I have not investigated who owns this land and the rules of parking there, but there is a potential for caravan parking within less than 100mt. Read more...
