About Us – Bruce & Donna
We’re a friendly, middle aged couple living in Marian, just 25 minutes from Mackay. Our lives revolve around our two much-loved Jack Russells — two sweet-natured girls aged 9 and 5 who keep us smiling and active.
Bruce works 7–7 at a local coal mine, while Donna works part-time at a supermarket in Mackay. Our home is a comfortable, low-set four-bedroom house with no stairs and plenty of space, including room to park a caravan. We’re only five minutes from local shops, cafés, and conveniences, and surrounded by the beautiful Pioneer Valley — perfect for fishing, hiking, and boating.
We value caring, responsible sitters who will love and care for our girls and our home as if they were their own, while enjoying a peaceful stay in a friendly community surrounded by nature.
