About this house sitting position in Maroochy River

Our modern home is centrally located in a quiet area on the Sunshine Coast. It is nestled on acreage on Mt Ninderry with outstanding views across Maroochydore to the hinterland. It is only 15 mins to Coolum Beach, 10 mins to supermarkets, 10 mins to Yandina and 17 mins to the Eumundi markets. Given our hillside location, there is no public transport or facility for a caravan. Wake up to the sound of nature from the surrounding National Parks. Soak in the view from just about every room in the house or enjoy a BBQ on the very large deck, whilst watching the sunset over the hills. The easy maintenance salt water pool, with magnificent vistas, is great at this time of the year. We require the house sitter/s to maintain the pool, water and maintain the vegetable garden, established gardens, yard, and pot plants in the house. There is no mowing to be done.

If you can draw yourself away from the views during the day and night, there is Netflix, Disney Plus and Wi-Fi available.

Your main priority will be to give our beloved Burmese and British Shorthair cats, the love and attention they get from us. Rosalie and Gigi are easy going inside cats that both love daily play time and brushing. Rosalie in particular loves snuggling up on your lap or in bed. Aside from playing and brushing, they will need feeding and their litter tray cleaned.

The above tasks will leave a lot of time for you to explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast or to relax, watching the vistas or soaking in the pool. Read more...
