About this house sitting position in Maroochy River
We live on a 5 acre property near Yandina.
3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, recently renovated.
We have 2 old cats that need daily medications & appropriate care and attention. And we have a young female Great Dane, very friendly.
This sitting opportunity would suite retired couple who enjoy spending time at home, or younger folk who work from home.
There is a mowing service engaged on a monthly cycle to keep the grass under control. But it would be good if you could wipper snip & mow around the house between visits if needed. Tools on site.
Also there is plenty of space for growing vegies, if you are interested in that.
And there are 2 other parties who live on site (granny flat & studio) who you will need to liaise with regarding day to day issues.
The property is fenced & has a coded entry gate.
