Modern 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mascot, just a short few minutes’ walk from Mascot Train Station, shops, cafés, and local amenities.

The home features a spacious, comfortable layout with access to a shared oversized balcony/patio area — perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The apartment is located within a well-maintained complex offering great lifestyle facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and fully equipped gym.

You’ll be sharing the home with a male housemate who occupies the downstairs bedroom and has their own bathroom, and you will be looking after my two friendly, quiet and well behaved dogs, Lola (female) and Alvin (male).

Lola and Alvin are 10 years old, and in good health.

You will have your own bedroom with King Bed, TV, and own Bathroom on the upper level of the apartment, including own study.

There is parking available upon request.
