About this house sitting position in Maxwell

Farm and house sitting for three weeks in July 2024.
I am looking for someone to house sit my small farm for three weeks in July 2024.
The dates are 29 June to July 21.
Situation
Our small farm (90 acres) runs Boer goats and alpacas with chickens as a sideline. We also have 2 Maremma’s who are supposed to look after the chickens and a kelpie who lives in the house. The farm is 20 kms south of Wagga, a short 20-minute drive to town.
Our goats will be pregnant in July ready to kid in the 3rd week of August so I need someone to keep an eye on the goats during the day, check pellet feeders and feed hay every few days. Alpacas guard the goats. The dogs are used to having me around so house sitters would need to be prepared to be at home mostly from Monday to Friday. Short times away during the week would be fine but I’d prefer that the dogs not be penned for hours at a time. The dogs love attention and need feeding morning and night. The weekends would be free to explore the area. My son, who lives in an adjoining but separate dwelling, each dwellings have their own lockable entrances. He can take the kelpie at night and look after the Maremma’s sleeping arrangements. He works long hours and cannot care for the goats during the day. He would care for the dogs on the weekends. House sitters would have exclusive use of my house during their stay or can bring their own accommodation if desired.
Eggs need to be collected daily and regular checks on food and water for the chickens is needed. We have a few ducks as well as about 40 chickens.
Our house is a solar passive house which is generally heated by the sun but a woodfire is available for the colder times of the day. We are off grid solar powered so prefer to use wood heat for heating and sometimes cooking. We are self-sufficient for water with onsite tanks. Cooking is done on either an electric stove or a Rayburn wood fired cookstove. The Rayburn also keeps the house warm. The deck is a lovely place to sit on a sunny winter’s afternoon.
Our house is near a small national park for walking or just enjoying the outdoors and the Murrumbidgee River is 20 minutes away if you like to fish.
My preference is for someone with experience with farm animals who can keep an eye on them to ensure they stay in good health.
