The residence is a 1920’s dwelling, which is well maintained and surrounded by well
established gardens. The gardens have an automatic watering system. Only the pot plants will need watering.
The dwelling is well renovated with 2 bathrooms, along with a very tidy kitchen. A formal lounge room, and a second lounge room and dining area. The back-deck commands a lovely view looking north and overlooking the garden. A great place to relax with a cuppa, or a wine.
I will be away for a short period visiting family. I will need someone to care for my house and look after my dog, who is very friendly. She will need feeding once a day in the the evenings. Spyro the black Lab x needs to walked daily in the morning or evening.
You would have your own bedroom with the main modern bathroom next to the bedroom.
Athol St is a very comfortable house to live in and easy to keep tidy.
Kayo and Netflix are available on 2 Televisions
