It is a large, old, renovated home with an inground swimming pool. Pool skimmer box needs checking/cleaning every 5 days; Dolphin robotic cleaner turned on weekly and it's 2 screens cleaned bi-weekly. Hand water selected potted plants; monitor auto watering systems; manually operate 4 timer systems; mow lawns as required; feed and regularly walk our 2 year old female boarder collie; collect mail.
